Stand up close to the awe-inspiring Victoria Falls and feel the power of the world's largest curtain of falling water. Take a relaxing sunset cruise on the Zambezi River to catch an incredible African sunset while sipping on sundowners and watching for wild animals and birds. Then, head to an authentic eco-lodge, located inside a private game reserve near Hwange Park. Explore Hwange and the private reserve on 4x4 game drives, encountering mammals, reptiles, birds and other creatures of Africa, in all shapes and sizes.
Day 1: welcome Victoria Falls – Zimbabwe
Arriving at the Victoria Falls Airport, your driver is there to welcome you to Zimbabwe. From the airport, you are transferred to your hotel in the historic town of Victoria Falls, where you spend the first two nights of this affordable Zimbabwe Lodge Safari.
Dinner Cruise
An hour before the sun begins its descent, we step onboard a vessel for dinner cruise with an exceptional evening on the Zambezi River. On the boat we will be offered a glass of beverage to sip as we find our seats and relax before the journey along the Zambezi River begins; all the while looking out for the various birdlife and animals there are to be seen, and then watching as one of Africa’s famous sunsets erupts in the sky. Day 2: Victoria Falls – Zimbabwe
Falls Tour
This morning we take a guided tour of the mighty Victoria Falls waterfall, one of the natural wonders of the world. A truly spectacular sight, standing before the largest curtain of falling water on the planet is an unforgettable experience! Victoria Falls is called Mosi-O-Tunya by the locals, which means the Smoke that Thunders.
Lunch with view
The Lookout Café offers fresh, tasty daytime dining and a spectacular view. It is perched 120m above the turbulent rapids of the Zambezi River, overhanging a giant chasm of the Batoka Gorge, just down from the iconic Victoria Falls Bridge which forms part of its spectacular backdrop.

TO put the Victoria Falls into true perspective, they must really be seen from the air. The sheer size and grandeur of the spectacle becomes clear when viewed from above. The huge Zambezi River flowing slowly south with hippos and crocodiles clearly visible in the shallow waters
Cultural Boma Dinner
The Boma is famous for its warthog fillet and the adventurous can try ethnic delicacies such as mopane worms, deep-fried kapenta fish and groundnuts. restaurant for a unique African dining experience. Taste an array of traditional foods and enjoy warm Zimbabwean hospitality at the boma.
Day 3: Victoria Falls to Hwange Park – Zimbabwe
On day three we have breakfast at the luxurious old hotel, before leaving Victoria Falls. Then you are transferred south-east through rural Zimbabwe towards Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe's premier wildlife safari destination.
Then we take a game drive or visit a local homestead. If you opt for a game drive, you can choose. This evening we return to the eco-lodge for dinner and a leisurely evening, watching for wildlife at the waterhole.

Day 4: Hwange Safari – Zimbabwe
is set aside for game viewing in Hwange National Park, the oldest game park in Zimbabwe. We go in search of the diverse African wildlife inhabiting Hwange in healthy numbers, coming across a range of local animals and plants. Hwange Park is best known for its massive elephant herds, hosting one of the largest elephant populations in Africa. Hwange is also a stronghold for endangered African wild dogs and home to more than 100 species of other mammals
After our fulfilling day in Hwange Park, we return to the private safari lodge to rest and enjoy the natural surroundings in comfort.
Day 5: Hwange National Park – Zimbabwe
This morning we venture back out into the unspoiled African bush to search for African wildlife and birds while soaking up the wild scenery. Keep an eye out for any wild animals we may have missed so far and possibly catch some exciting wildlife action.
Late afternoon we might visit homestead or paint dog conservations
Day 6: Hwange National Park to Victoria Falls – Zimbabwe
Wake up to the sounds of nature surrounded by the African bush and tuck into your final breakfast before returning to Victoria Falls

Day 7: Departure
Wake up for a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Then pack up and after check out, our representative will transfer you back to the airport for your onward flights home remembering all too well the amazing experience you had the last 8 days!
