The 2-3 hours walking safari is done in the centrally located Mosi-oa-Tunya National park which is accessible in 10-15 Minutes by vehicle from most lodges in Livingstone.
The walking safari is conducted by a professional safari guide with the company of a wildlife ranger and before venturing on the wonderful wildlife experience, the guide gives a safety briefing.
Walks are conducted in the morning and afternoon with morning pick up times between 06:30 AM to 7:00 AM and afternoon between 1:30PM to 2:30PM, but pick up times and the walking safaris can be tailor-made to the client’s convenience. In conclusion, the minimum to carry out a walk is 2 people while the maximum is 8 people and 2 groups of 8 or more can be run simultaneously.
